Does PlayLog work without Playnite?
Yes. PlayLog is a full game tracker on the web and mobile. Playnite is one integration for syncing your PC library, but you can also connect Steam, add games manually, and use PlayLog without Playnite at all.
Does sync work over mobile data, not just Wi-Fi?
Yes. After pairing, PlayLog can sync and browse your library over mobile data on the Android app, so your phone does not need to be on the same Wi-Fi network as your PC.
Do I need to keep Playnite open for sync to work?
Playnite and the PlayLog plugin need to run on your PC when new library updates are sent to PlayLog. After syncing, you can continue browsing your library on the web app or Android app.
Is PlayLog free?
The core tracker is free on web and Android: library browsing, Steam and Playnite sync, and up to five playlists. Plus is for deeper sync, integration cover art, unlimited playlists, and the rest of the good stuff. PlayLog Plus.
